Problem

Gordon Chevrolet’s new GM identified an urgent need to increase awareness and consideration of his North Tampa dealership. His new focus on best-in-class service, exceptional value, and an improved online shopping experience had to be communicated in a distinctive way that separates Gordon from typical hard-sell dealership advertising.

Solution

Recognizing the trust and respect Gordon Chevrolet’s GM, Eddie Gomez, had built up at past dealerships, we developed an integrated campaign around his persona. Eddie has memorably highlighted the dealership’s vast improvements via television, radio, print ads, collateral, loyalty emails to service customers, and public relations.

Results

Since launching in fall 2017, the campaign has achieved:
