Challenge:

In the new, highly competitive job market that emerged after the end of the pandemic, MaintenX faced a challenge with finding worthy job candidates as a result of a demanding hiring process that overburdened both candidates and recruiters. Traditional methods like job boards failed to attract enough applications to be able to fill the roles. After MaintenX acquired a key competitor and needed to move its job hiring into overdrive, it turned to Schifino Lee to help accelerate its efforts to fill a number of new required positions in states ranging from North Carolina to Florida.

Solution:

To increase the visibility of MaintenX’s career opportunities and draw more quality candidates to apply, Schifino Lee created a multi-pronged brand awareness campaign. It encompassed a range of channels with content including audio streaming ads, billboard ads, search-enging marketing campaigns, display ads, and social media ads. The campaign drove a huge spike in visibility, garnering over five million impressions and 8,585 clicks to MaintenX’s careers page, and succeeded in achieving a remarkable click-through rate of 8.73%, surpassing the industry average of 6.41%. What’s more, the streaming audio ads achieved a listening completion rate of 95.59%, which also exceeded industry standards.
